Terms and Conditions for House of Comfort Online Booking and Table Reservation
Welcome to House of Comfort, located at Half Mile, Limbe, Cameroon. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our online booking and table reservation services. By making a reservation through our website, mobile app, or any other platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.
1.Reservation Process
1.1. Booking Platform: Reservations can be made through our official website, mobile app, or authorized third-party platforms.
1.2. Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the reservation process, including your name, contact details, number of guests, and any special requests.
1.3.Confirmation :Your reservation is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email or SMS from us. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us to verify your booking.
2. Cancellation and Modifications
2.1. Cancellation Policy:
– Cancellations must be made at least 30mins prior to your reservation time.
– Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee of 5000frs.
2.2. Modifications: Changes to your reservation (e.g., time, number of guests) are subject to availability and must be made in advance.
2.3. Restaurant Cancellations: In rare cases, we may need to cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., maintenance, emergencies). We will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative arrangements.
3. Arrival and Seating
3.1. Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your reservation. If you are more than 1 hour late, we may release your table to other guests.
3.2. Table Allocation: Table assignments are based on availability and your preferences. We will do our best to accommodate your requests but cannot guarantee specific tables.
3.3. Group Bookings: For reservations of 2 or more guests, a deposit may be required to secure the booking.
4. Special Requests
4.1. Dietary Requirements: Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies at the time of booking. While we strive to accommodate such requests, we cannot guarantee allergen-free environments.
4.2. Celebrations: If you are celebrating a special occasion (e.g., birthday, anniversary), let us know in advance, and we will do our best to make your experience memorable.
5. Payment and Fees
5.1. Deposits: For large groups or special events, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your reservation.
5.2. Additional Charges: Any additional charges (e.g., corkage fees, special menu items) will be communicated to you in advance.
5.3. Payment Methods: We accept cash, Mobile Money and major credit/debit cards. Payment terms for deposits or pre-orders will be specified during the booking process.
6. Conduct and Liability
6.1. Guest Behavior: We reserve the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave if their behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, or violates our policies.
6.2. Damages: You are responsible for any damage caused to the restaurant’s property by you or your guests during your visit.

8.1. House of Comfort is NOT liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

10. Governing Law
10.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon. Any disputes arising from your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Limbe, Cameroon.
